A top advertising firm with track record in social marketing and demonstrated success in campaigns to change behavior of diverse target groups will contracted to deliver services to carry out the objective of the project. The firm will conduct public communications campaign using various media channels and approaches, including special events, seminars, for and dialogues, in order to reach specific stakeholder groups as well as the public at large. In particular, the program will support the implementation of new initiatives in road-based public transport in the Philippines including the introduction of BRT and new contracting arrangements for public transport.
