The ESITU for the SVPCF is establish under the office of the director for planning service and will act as the project management team of the SVPCF funded project, monitoring the implementing of projects funded under the same fund and submit yearly fund utilization as often as possible. Its functions were laid down by department order no. 2013-03 dated February 18, 2013.
