This project will establish a nationwide monitoring system to evaluate and ensure that PETCs are compliant with vehicle emissions standards of DOTC-LTO and the DENR, and the DTI, Compliance to vehicle emissions standards will contribute the reduction of emissions and a cleaner environment.
